How do I make a return?
If the item meets all criteria and eligibility for return, contact us for "Return Merchandise Authorization".  Credits provided will go back to the original form of payment.  The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.  For eligibility requirements and detail instructions on click here.

How do I make an exchange?
If an item is in a new condition, in their original box with all tickets attached and has been purchased within 30 days, it is eligible for exchange. Please contact us for "Exchange Authorization".  For detail instructions on click here.

Do you offer Free Return Shipping?
Unless the product(s) was promoted as Free Returns at the time of purchase, all return shipping and fees involved are at the cost of the customer.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

How do I cancel my order?
If an order is canceled before the shipment next day, 15% cancellation fee will apply. Order that are shipped out cannot be canceled.

I received a damaged item, what do I do.
Contact us within 5 days for "Return Merchandise Authorization".  Damaged items are eligible for exchange or store credit.  Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for same model.

Do you offer Wholesale Discounted Orders?
Wholesale purchases require mandatory minimum purchase and must provide a copy of  "State Sales Tax Permit" in complete form for Tax Exempt purchase.  Please contact us to set up a wholesale account.

Customer Service hours
Our customer helpline is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday and closed Saturday - Sunday.  We are always closed on Christmas day and January 1st and 2nd of every year.
  
Clothing Care/ Care Labels
All clothing are made of different materials and caring for them differ in many ways. All clothes are provided with individual "Garment Care Label" and following the directions on the label will extend the life of your clothes and helps keeping them looking new longer.  Following are some of the basic guidelines of clothing care.

Washing - Follow care label and for Machine Wash; Wash in machine accordingly with correct temperatures and if  Bleach is recommend, follow accordingly to the instructions. Please consider that some items might be too delicate for even non-chlorine bleaches.

Hand wash - Follow care label and for Hand wash; These type of garments are mostly made of delicate materials like silk, satin, and/or lace.  Soak and scrub gently only by hand and water wrung out gently after rinse.  It is recommended that these type of garments be hang to dry or laid out flat to dry. 

Drying - Follow care label and for Tumble Dry: Dry in dryer with the setting on the label. Temperature and delicacy levels should always be considered.

Hang DryClothes recommending Hang Dry can be done on hangers to hang to dry or laid out flat to dry.  Please consider the floor from water dripping off the wash and drying on a hanger could cause stretch on shoulders and the bottom of the garment.

Dry Clean - For care labels requiring Dry Cleaning, it requires much care and professional cleaning is recommended.
Ironing - Follow care label and iron according to the instructions. Steam or dry iron, and temperature setting should always be considered.  Disconnect all iron(s) after each use.
