We ship to Contiguous United States:
Standard Grounds (6–10 business days), Second Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day). Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays. No weekend delivery is available for any shipping method.
Sales tax may be assessed on the shipping charge in certain states, where applicable. The cost for shipping is based upon the package's size, weight and the ZIP code of the customer's address. Insurance is not included with all orders unless expressly requested and paid during check out. In some cases, in accordance with the courier, additional shipping surcharge may apply due to oversize and overweight of package(s), In which case, customer will be notified of additional charge(s).
Express Delivery is available with additional charges in the 48 contiguous United States. Express Delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00 pm DST on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm DST will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 3 business days. Not all items are eligible for Express Delivery.
Express shipping is not available for PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, Canada or other international addresses. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses with restrictions and normally takes around 15-25 days for delivery. Wholesale orders are excluded from free shipping offer.
Shipping/ Tracking/ Receiving Process:
We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. All orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm DST, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday. (If Monday is a Holiday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday). We will send you shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
Please allow USPS or UPS up to 24 hours for the tracking information to correctly display. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for stolen/lost orders that shows as delivered. We ship all orders as quick as possible but we have no control over the delivery time.
Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. If package(s) do not arrive based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us.
No Exchanges,Returns nor Credit are provided for items on “Specials”, “Clearances”, “Final Sale” and/or “Promotional Items”. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have 25 days from the date of receipt for refund or exchange. Return items must be in it’s original state with packaging and tags, unwashed, free of damage and deemed unworn.
FashionMixMatch.Com reserve the right to refuse returns of items of items that appear to have been worn, are not in good condition, are without tags or are no longer carried in stock. Due to health and hygienic standards, Bra(s), Panties, Teddies, Underwear, Rompers, Lingerie, Undergarments, Bodysuits and Body Jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange program.
It is the responsibility of the shipper to include a tracking number with the return package. We are not liable to package(s) that are lost during transit. Defective/Damaged Items: If an item is defective and/or damaged, email to our Customer Care with photo(s) of the damaged item and a brief description of the damage to: mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org
Defective and/or Damaged Returns will be issued in form of Store Credit to be used to repurchase the item or other items in the store. Store credit will include the amount of returned damage item, plus the cost of shipping the return up to maximum of $10.00 USD. Bra(s), Panties, Teddies, Underwear, Rompers, Lingerie, Undergarments, Bodysuits and Body Jewelry can only be accepted for return or exchange if manufacturer defect/ damaged or wrong item within 2 days of receipt and must be reported. If not reported within 2 days of receipt, no credit will be issued.

Return Packing Instruction: Once we receive return request and process your return, we will email you a return shipping label by email. Print the return shipping label from a printer and attach it to your return package. Please pack return item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include all items in original condition including all tags, accessories and the original receipt.
Return package must be prepaid with shipping and recommend tracking and insurance. It is the responsibility of the shipper to include a tracking number with the return package. We are not liable to package(s) that are lost during transit. Drop off package at USPS. We will not accept COD deliveries.
Once we receive your return, inspected for eligibility and upon approval, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5 to 7 days to properly process your return. Your credit will include the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Original shipping charges will not be refunded nor credited.
If an order is canceled before the shipment next day, 15% cancellation fee will apply. Order that are shipped out cannot be canceled. Expired Returns: Items returned after 25 days of original receipt is subject to being rejected and returned the sender. Alternatively, if the cost returning the item to your attention exceeds the then current value of the item, 50% handling fee to the item(s) will processed and charged to the sender.
Refused/ Unclaimed and/or Undeliverable Item(s):
Exchange/Return Policy does not apply to orders that are REFUSED, UNCLAIMED OR Undeliverable address. 25% restocking fee will be assessed on orders REFUSED, UNCLAIMED or UN-DELIVERABLE and the charges of mailing back the return as well as return shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Customers who are not completely satisfied with their purchase may return the item for a refund with minus 25% restocking fee. After 7 days, returns will NOT be accepted. We do not refund shipping & handling charges.
Reserved Rights Regarding Excessive Returns & Wardrobing:
FashionMixMatch.Com and Fashion MixMatch reserves the right to, at sole discretion, refuse service, define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers or entity at any time due to a history of a serial, irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”a serial, irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
